Ramesh Kharel files graft case against Kulman Ghising at CIAA

KATHMANDU: Nepal Police former DIG Ramesh Kharel has filed a corruption case against Nepal Electricity Authority Executive Director Kulman Ghising.

He registered the case at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority.

Talking to NepalPress over phone, Kharel said that he filed the case against Ghising at the CIAA with evidence.
