PM Dahal seeking vote of confidence on July 12

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is seeking a vote of confidence on July 12.

The Prime Minister is taking a vote of confidence from the Parliament after the CPN-UML withdrew its support to the government.

There is a provision that the Prime Minister should seek a vote of confidence within 30 days as per Article 100 (2) of the Constitution if any of the parties participating in the government withdraws its support.
