Talks about change in power coalition not true: Minister Sharma

KATHMANDU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma has said that reports about differences in the ruling coalition are not true.

Talking to media persons after today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers, she shared that Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has made it clear that there will be no immediate change of power.

According to Minister Sharma, the Prime Minister gave a briefing in the meeting about the reality of media reports on a possibility of a change of government. “Reports that differences have increased between the ruling alliance partners are untrue “, she said, “The Prime Minister has given a briefing saying that the current alliance will continue for a long-term.”

Minister Sharma said that the talks held recently between Prime Minister Dahal and CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli ended on a positive note.
