Suspended Chief Secy Baikuntha Aryal transferred to Planning Commission

KATHMANDU: The government has decided to transfer suspended Chief Secretary Baikuntha Aryal to the National Planning Commission by creating a special post.

The government decided to transfer him to the National Planning Commission after he refused to resign from his post.

A Cabinet meeting held Monday decided to transfer Aryal to the National Planning Commission by creating a special post and appoint Lila Devi Gadtaula, Secretary at the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, as the acting Chief Secretary.
