PM Dahal, Deuba and Oli discuss latest political developments

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli held a meeting in Baluwatar on Monday.

The Prime Minister’s press advisor Manahari Timilsina said that the three senior leaders of the major political parties discussed the latest political developments in the meeting.

“The meeting was not held by setting an agenda. There was a discussion on forging common views on national issues,” he said.

It has been learnt that the three senior leaders discussed challenges seen in politics, taking the Parliament proceedings ahead effectively and cooperative fraud cases among others.

Prior to holding a meeting with Deuba and Oli, Prime Minister Dahal held a meeting with CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Nepal.

During the meeting, they discussed Madhes government and contemporary political issues.
