One held with Rs 10 million undeclared money in Sunsari

SUNSARI: Police have arrested a man with Rs 10 million undeclared money from Durga temple area of Harinagar Rural Municipality-5 in Sunsari district on Saturday.

A team of Border Out Post (BOP) of the Armed Police Force confiscated the amount last night while checking a car (Ba 16 Cha 7613) on its way to Harinagar from Ghuski border point, the APF confirmed.

Police also held Isa Ansari (37) of Harinagar-5 for his alleged involvement in the Hundi transaction.

Assistant Spokesperson of APF Nepal Baraha Brigade Shailendra Thapa said the seized money, car and driver would be handed over to the Revenue Investigation Office.
