NC’s Bishnu Devi Pudasaini files nomination for National Assembly vice-chair post

KATHMANDU: Bishnu Devi Pudasaini filed her nomination for the post of National Assembly vice-chairperson from the Nepali Congress on Tuesday. The election is taking place on Wednesday.

A Parliamentary Party meeting held this morning had decided to field Pudasaini as its candidate for the National Assembly vice-chair election.

Pudasaini (68) was elected as a National Assembly member from Bagmati Province.

The post remained vacant after Urmila Aryal tendered her resignation.
