Dillibazaar Land Revenue Office employees, middlemen found guilty in Lalita Niwas land grab scam

KATHMANDU: The Special Court on Thursday found Kaladhar Deuba and employees of Dillibazar Land Revenue Office guilty in the Lalita Niwas land grab case.

Similarly, Ram Kumar Subedi and Shobakanta Dhakal, who played a role in transferring the land of Lalita Niwas in the name of certain individuals, have also been found guilty.

The Special Court has also found the family of Subarna Shumsher guilty in the case.

The court, however, acquitted Hemandri Shumsher Rana against whom the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority had filed a case for transferring the land in the name of a person.
