Businessman Arun Chaudhary arrested

KATHMANDU: A team of the Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police arrested businessman Arun Chaudhary from the Capital on Thursday.

A source at the CIB said that Chaudhary was apprehended for transferring the land of Bansbari Leather Shoes Factory in the name of a person.

Chaudhary was nabbed for his alleged involvement in grabbing the 10-ropani land of Bansbari Leather Shoes Factory and transferring it to the name of Chandbag School.

Along with Chaudhary, Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa, an office bearer of the factory, was also arrested in connection with the case.
