German woman found dead in Lalitpur

KATHMANDU: A German woman was found dead at the Nagbahal-based Heritage Apartment in Lalitpur Metropolitan City-16.

Lalitpur Police Office spokesperson Nawaraj Karki said that the woman, who appeared to be in her mid- 50s, was found dead in her room.

According to police, she had been living at the apartment alone.

“It has been said that she had been staying in the apartment one or two days a week for the past two years. We have also got the information that she had also been operating a resort in Namobuddha. Further investigation is underway,” Karki said.
