KMC Mayor Balen Shah not to cast vote in National Assembly election

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah will not be casting his vote in the National Assembly election.

He is in Kathmandu while the voting is underway in Hetauda of Bagmati.

Deputy Mayor Sunita Dango, however, has already reached Hetauda.

Mayor Shah’s chief personal secretary Bhupdev Shah said that he has not gone to Hetuda to cast vote in the election.

“He has not gone to Hetauda due to his busy schedule,” he said.

Province Assembly members and chiefs and deputy chiefs of local levels are the voters in the National Assembly election.
