Dhangadhi businessman jumps off five-storey building, dies in hospital

KAILALI: A businessman committed suicide by jumping off a five-storey building in Dhangadhi on Wednesday.

The District Police Office, Kailali said that Santosh Agrawal (53), operator of Sandeep Store, killed himself by jumping off his five-storey building at Dhangadhi Bus Park.

Agrawal, who was critically injured in the incident that occurred at around 11: 30 am today, was taken to the Nawa Jeevan Hospital for treatment.

DSP Kuldeep Chand, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Kailali, said that he breathed his last during the course of treatment.

He is survived by his wife and two sons.
