Teacher rapes 14-year-old girl in Siraha

JANAKPURDHAM: A teacher raped a 14-year-old girl at the hostel of a boarding school in Bishnupur Rural Municipality-1 of Siraha district.

Teacher Ranjit Yadva raped the girl, who had gone to the hostel to cook dinner for the students of the Rose Boarding School in place of her mother, on Thursday night.

Yadav is on the run after the incident.

The girl had informed her mother about the incident by calling her.

When her mother reached the school early in the morning, Yadav had already absconded.

The victim is the ninth grader at a community school.
