Former Home Minister Khand released on bail of Rs 3 million

KATHMANDU: Former Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, who was arrested in connection with the fake Bhutanese refugee case, was released on Thursday.

He was released after posting Rs 3 million in bail as directed by the court.

A single bench of Judge Krishna Ram Koirala of the Patan High Court issued an order to release him on a bai of Rs 3 million.
