Prohibitory order issued also in Baluwatar and Sheetal Niwas areas

KATHMANDU: The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has issued a prohibitory order in Sheetal Niwas, the President’s official residence, and Baluwatar, the Prime Minister’s official residence, after Maitighar.

The Chief District Officer of Kathmandu has issued a prohibitory order up to the Pabitra Workshop in the east of the President’s office, the canal that exits Samakhusi in the west, the east gate of the National Police Academy in the north and the way to the Nepal Police Hospital in the south.

Similarly, an order has been issued not to allow gathering of more than five people from Pabitra Workshop Chowk to Baluwatar to Nepal Rastra Bank Chowk and 100 meters west-south of the road from Sabhamukh to Gairidhara.

Issuing a notice, the administration said that it is prohibited to stage demonstrations, protests and gatherings and assemblies in these places for the next one month from November 21st.
