School principal shot at in Bara

BARA: A school principal was injured when an unidentified group opened fire on him in Kalaiya of Bara district.

According to a source, the group fired two rounds of bullets at Rupesh Swarnakar (36) of Kalaiya in Madarsa Tole.

Police said that he sustained bullet injuries on his head and chest.

He has been taken to LS Neuro Hospital for treatment.

A hospital source said that his condition is critical.

Swarnakar is the principal of Bal Ekata Boarding School in Kalaiya.

Suresh Kafle, chief of the District Police Office, Bara, said that they are searching for the assailants.
