ACC U-19 Premier Cup: Nepal beat Iran by 274 runs

KATHMANDU: Nepal defeated Iran by 274 runs in the ACC U-19 Premier Cup being held in Malaysia on Thursday.

Chasing the target of 354 runs, Iran were bowled out for 79 runs.

Subash Bhandari of Nepal claimed three wickets while Akash Chand took two wickets.

Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Nepal scored 353 runs in 40.1 overs losing all the wickets.

Captain Dev Khanal scored a century for the team.
