Advance bus ticket booking for Dashain opens

KATHMANDU: Advance booking of bus tickets for the Dashain festival has opened from Monday.

Though the bus operators were planning to open the pre-bookings only after hiking the bus fare, the booking was opened following an agreement reached at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport on Friday.

There has not been any change in the bus fare. The tickets will be available in the old fare.

In the past, the bus operators used to open advance ticket booking a month before Dashain began.
