Foreign Minister Saud, Israeli Ambassador Goder hold meeting
KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister NP Saud and Ambassador of Israel to Nepal Hanan Goder held a meeting at the Foreign Ministry on Sunday.
During the meeting, Minister Saud discussed the attacks by Hamas in Israel with the Ambassador.
He expressed his concern over the current situation in Israel, the security of Nepalis in Israel, the treatment and rescue of Nepalis injured in the attack.
In response, Ambassador Goder expressed his commitment that the Israeli government would make full efforts to protect the Nepalis, treat and rescue the injured, the ministry said.
The Ambassador thanked the Nepal government for showing sympathy in the difficult times of Israel, the Foreign Ministry said.
Meanwhile, Minister Saud is addressing the Parliament about the attacks of Hamas in Israel and the situation of Nepalis there.
