President Paudel offers puja at Janaki temple (With photos)

JANAKPURDHAM: President Ram Chandra Paudel offered puja at the Janaki temple in Janakpur on Monday.

Madhesh Province Chief Minister Ram Saroj Yadav, Mayor of Janakpurdham Manoj Sah and Nepali Congress leader Bimalendra Nidhi among others welcomed him at the temple.

President Paudel is scheduled to inaugurate the Mahendra Narayan Nidhi Mithila Cultural Centre in Janakpurdham today.

The Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City has organised a program to welcome the President. The program will be held at 1 pm in the Cultural Center Assembly Hall.

Parliament member Bimalendra Nidhi, Madesh Province Chief Minister Ram Saraoj Yadav, Madhes Province Assembly Speaker Ram Chandra Mandal and secretary and office bearers of the President’s Office among others will present in the program to be organised under the headship of Urban Development Minister Sita Gurung.
