CAN bids farewell to Nepali cricket team (With photos)

KATHMANDU: Newly elected officer bearers of Cricket Association of Nepal bid farewell to the Nepali cricket team taking part in the 19th Asian Games in China amidst a programme in Kathmandu.

CAN Chairman Chatur Bahadur Chand and Secretary Paras Khadka were present on the occasion.

Sandeep Lamichhane, an important player of Nepal, however, did not attend the ceremony.

He will leave for China to take part in the competition by Tuesday if the case is concluded today or if the hearing is postponed.
