Curfew clamped in Malangawa

MALANGAWA: The District Administration Office has clamped a curfew in Malangawa city area.
The Office said that it has issued a curfew order in view of the risk to the safety of people due to the protests including vandalism, pelting stones and arson among others in Malangawa area that erupted after two groups clashed while returning home after immersing the idol.
The curfew has been clamped up to the Jhim river in the east, Musauli canal in the west, Nepal-India border in the south and Baba Petrol Pump in the north.
The District Administration Office said that a curfew order has been issued from 10 pm Thursday until further notice.
