2 killed, 4 injured in Sindhupalchok jeep accident

SINDHUPALCHOK: Two persons died and four others were injured in a jeep accident near Panchkilo of Sunkosi Rural Municipality on Saturday.

The District Police Office, Sindhupalchok identified the deceased as jeep driver Uttamraj Maharjan and Bal Bahadur Khatri of Bahrabise, Sindhupalchok.

The accident occured when the jeep (Ba 15 Cha 9370) fell some 300 meters down the road last night. The injured were rescued by the locals.

The injured are undergoing treatment in Dhulikhel, police said.
