Opposition parties obstruct House session (video)

KATHMANDU: The major opposition parties including CPN-UML, Rastryia Swatantra Party (RSP) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) obstructed today’s House of Representatives (HoR) session.

They obstructed the House in protest against the recent controversial statement made by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

Following the obstruction, Speaker Devraj Ghimire postponed the meeting for half an hour.

Earlier today, the UML demanded PM Dahal’s resignation in the National Assembly(NA) meeting.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, during a book release event of businessman Pritam Singh on Monday, made a statement that Singh had visited Delhi multiple times with the intention of making him the Prime Minister.
