HoR passes new budget with majority

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) held on Wednesday passed the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2080/081 BS by a majority.

A total of 255 lawmakers were present in the meeting.

Among 255 lawmakers, 147 voted in favor of the budget while 108 voted against it.
