3 dead as truck carrying LPG cylinders meets with accident in Dailekh

SURKHET: A truck carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders met with an accident in Dailekh on Wednesday leaving three persons dead.

The deceased have been identified as truck driver Krishna Chaudhary, Laxmiram Chaudhary and Bishnu Chaudhary, DSP Kishor Lamsal of the District Police Office, Dailekh said.

The truck (Bhe 1 Kha 2201) was heading towards Dailekh from Nepalgunj when the incident occurred at Taalpokhari in Gurans Rural Municipality-4 today.

The truck fell some 150 down the road, police said.
