PM to give full shape to Cabinet only after seeking vote of confidence
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has started preparations to take a vote of confidence.
The Prime Minister is seeking a vote of confidence after the CPN-UML and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party withdrew support extended to the government.
Nepali Congress spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat said that the Cabinet will get full shape only after Prime Minister Dahal seeks a vote of confidence.
“The discussions to join the government will be held after the Prime Minister takes a vote of confidence. It has been said that he will seek a vote of confidence next week. The Prime Minister himself will take the decision on the issue,” Mahat said after the party’s Central Execution Committee held in Sanepa today.
“We have not discussed joining the government yet,” he said.
