NC directs lawmakers to vote in favour of Yadav in vice-presidential election

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has decided to support Ram Sahaya Yadav of the Janata Samajbadi Party in the vice-presidential election.

A Central Working Committee of the Nepali Congress held on Wednesday made the decision to this effect, party spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat said.

The NC has directed the party lawmakers to vote in favour of Yadav.

Similarly, the meeting also congratulated President Ram Chandra Paudel who has been in the party for six decades and has continuously contributed for nationalism and democracy.
