Westerly winds bring rain in different parts of country including Kathmandu (With photos)

KATHMANDU: Various parts of the country including Kathmandu Valley witnessed rainfall on Sunday.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the country received rainfall with thunderstorms due to the influence of westerly winds.

Meteorologist Sanjeeb Adhikari said that light rainfall occurred in a few places of Bagmati and Province-1 and almost all the places of Gandaki Province.
