Sandeep Lamichhane returns to national team’s training (With photos and video)

KATHMANDU: Former Nepali cricket team captain Sandeep Lamichhane has returned to the closed camp almost after five months.

Lamichhane, who joined the 20-member team on Thursday, started the training from today.

Indian coach Monti Desai is currently training the Nepali team for the Nepal Tri-Series of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2.

The Cricket Association of Nepal is preparing to appoint Desai as the head coach.

He met Lamichhane at the field yesterday.

The Selection Committee of the CAN called Lamichhane for the closed camp after the coach also gave a green signal.
