Nepali nursing assistant arrested for abuse of elderly patients in Australia

KATHMANDU: A Nepali girl, who is working as a nursing assistant in Australia, has been arrested on the charge of slapping and pushing elderly patients.

According to an Australian media source, the arrested has been identified as Asmita Pandey.

Pandey, who works at Estia Health in Epping, Australia on a working visa from Nepal, had been taking care of elderly patients.
