KP Oli elected UML PP leader

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has been elected as the party’s Parliamentary Party leader.

Lawmaker Padam Giri said that Oli was unanimously elected the leader of the Parliamentary Party.

Vice-Chairman Bishnu Paudel proposed for the post while Subash Nembang seconded the proposal.

A meeting of the Parliamentary Party was held at the Kamaladi-based Academy Hall.

The meeting thanked all the voters who made UML the first party in popular vote.
