Cabin crew members decide not to fly any scheduled passenger flights until NAC renews contract
KATHMANDU: Cabin crew members have decided not to fly any scheduled passenger flights until the Nepal Airlines Corporation renews the contract.
Issuing a statement on Thursday, Nepal Airlines Corporation Cabin Crew Association complained that the management renewed the contract only of the closed ones, not of others.
The statement signed by Chairman Prada Karki and Secretary Padam Bahadur Karki said: “The management has not renewed the contract of the cabin crew members which should have been done three months ago and the cabin crew members are flying the aircrafts with the expired ID cards.”
“We have talked about the issue to the management time and again but to no avail,” the duo said in the statement.
