NEPSE plunges 24.46 points Monday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged 24.46 points to close at 1938.76 points on Monday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell by 5.19 points to close at 379.64 points.

A total of 4,127,286 units of the shares of 240 companies were traded for Rs 1.67 billion.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2.798 trillion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red in today’s market.

Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SPHL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 3.12 percent.

AJOD Insurance Limited (AIL) was the top loser today as its price fell by 7.37 percent.
