Rabi Lamichhane wins in Chitwan-2 by a huge margin of 34,000 votes

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane won the election to the House of Representatives by a huge margin of 34, 000 votes from Chitwan-2.

He secured 49, 261 votes while his nearest rival Umesh Shrestha of the Nepali Congress got 15, 099 votes and CPN-UML Krishna Bhakta Pokharel received 14, 649 votes.
