Gagan Thapa leading vote count in Kathmandu-4

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress candidate Gagan Thapa is leading the vote count in Kathmandu-4.

Thapa has garnered 667 votes while Rajan Bhattarai of CPN-UML is trailing behind with 633 votes.
