Ruling coalition to issue joint election appeal

KATHMANDU: The ruling coalition is holding a meeting at Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s official residence in Baluwatar at 3 pm on Monday.

The meeting to be held today has prepared to issue a joint appeal to ask votes for the elections to the House of Representatives and Province Assembly scheduled for November 20.

Speaking at a programme organized in the Capital on Sunday, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal had said that the ruling coalition is preparing to issue a joint appeal to make its candidates victorious.

It has been learnt that the meeting will also discuss the rebel candidates and the situation of ruling alliance among other contemporary political issues.
