Coalition government has addressed voice of people: NC

KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepali Congress has claimed that the five-party alliance has addressed the voice of all the Nepalis.

Organizing a press conference at the party office in Lalitpur on Monday, party spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat claimed that the alliance has brought the country back to track.

“Everyone knows in which situation this coalition government was formed. The government formed last year has brought the country in order in a short span of time. The government has given top priority to control the Covid-19 pandemic, foreign policy and the issues of people,” he said.

Hinting at CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Mahat said that the coalition was formed following an attack on the constitutional agencies.

He further claimed that the government has fully implemented the rights given by the constitution.

“We have started preparing for the elections after the allocation of seats. Janata Samajbadi Party has been ousted from the alliance,” he said.
