Identities of five out of seven killed in Makwanpur bus accident ascertained

HETAUDA: The identities of the five of the  seven passengers who died in the bus accident at Jurikhet in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-6 of Makwanpur have been established.

According to the Bagmati Province Police Office, Hetauda, the deceased have been identified as Nepal Army man Raghu Raj Neupane (34) deployed in Rautahat, Anduwa Miya Thakurai (33) of Bara, Sheikh Arman (24) of Jitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-24, Bara, Madan BK (43) of Makwanpurgadhi Rural Municipality-2 and Hridaya Narayan Panjiyar (45) of Birgunj Metropolitan City-31, Parsa.

Out of 25 people who were injured in the incident, four are said to be in critical condition.

Six persons died on the spot and one breathed his last during the course of treatment when a bus (Na 3 Kha 7858) heading towards Birgunj from Kathmandu met with an accident on Thursday.
