6 killed as bus meets with accident in Makwanpur (photos/video)

KATHMANDU: Six persons died on the spot after a bus they were traveling on met with an accident at Jurikhet of Bhimphedi Municipality in Makwanpur on Thursday.

The incident took place when the bus (Ba 3 Kha 7858) heading towards Hetauda from Kathmandu fell down the road this afternoon, said SP Bamdev Gautam of District Police Office, Makwanpur.

The injured in the accident have been taken to Hetauda for treatment, he said.
