NEPSE plunges 33.97 points on Sunday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged 33.97 points to close at 1,876.41 points on Sunday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 6.04 points to close at 365.86 points.

A total of 6,296,445 units of the shares of 229 companies were traded for Rs 1.60 billion.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2.69 trillion.

Meanwhile, Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 (GIMES1) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 5.35 percent. Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) was the top loser today as its price fell by 7.85 percent.
