COVID-19: Nepal records 202 new cases on Sunday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 202 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday. No deaths were reported today.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 2, 064 swab samples were tested in the RT-PCR method, of which 164 returned positive.

Likewise, 1, 769 people underwent antigen tests, of which 38 tested positive.

The Ministry said that 462 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 3,313 active cases in the country.
