NC General Secretary Sharma to contest upcoming federal election from Jhapa

KATHMANDU: Nepal Congress General Secretary Bishwo Prakash Sharma has made it clear that he would contest the upcoming federal election from Jhapa.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Sharma said that he would reach Kathmandu-5 during the election campaign but will contest the election from Jhapa 1.

Earlier, there were rumours that he would contest the election from Kathmandu-5.

He contested the election from Jhapa-1 in 2013 and 2017 but lost both the times.
