COVID-19: Nepal records 868 new cases, 3 deaths on Wednesday

KATHMANDU : Nepal recorded 868 new Covid-19 cases along with three deaths on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 3, 614 swab samples were tested in the RT-PCR method, of which 496 returned positive.

Similarly, 3,091 people underwent antigen tests, of which 372 tested positive.

The Ministry said that 414 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 5, 885 active cases in the country.
