Nepal logs 564 new Covid-19 cases, 1 death on Wednesday

KATHMANDU : Nepal logged 564 new cases of Covid-19 along with one death on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 4,454 swab samples were tested through RT-PCR and antigen method, of which 418 and 146 returned positive respectively.

As of today, there are currently 3,929 active cases in the country.

Similarly, 202 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

As many as 101,600 people were vaccinated against the virus in the past 24 hours.
