CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Dahal leaves for India

KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal left for a three-day visit to India on Friday.

Speaking to journalists at the Tribhuvan International Airport before leaving for New Delhi, he said that he is in favour of making good relations with all the countries including India and China.

Prime Minister’s wife Arzu Deuba is also in India at present.

Dahal said that his and Deuba’s visit to India at the same time is just a coincidence.

“The objective of her visit to India and mine are different. The purpose is different. I asked the Prime Minister about the visit today itself. May be she had gone to India for treatment,” he said.
