NEPSE surges by 74.93 points on Thursday

KATHMANDU : The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 74.93 points to close at 2,037.64 points on Thursday.

Similarly, the sensitive index rose 12.63 points to close at 391.78 points.

A total of 7,254,070 units of the shares of 227 companies were traded for Rs 2.45 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw green in today’s market.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 2.90 billion.

Meanwhile, Nepal Finance Ltd. (NFS) , Nyadi Hydropower Limited (NYADI) and Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (MKJC) were the top gainers today with their prices surging by 10 percent respectively.
