Singer Dilmaya Sunar found dead

KATHMANDU: Singer Dilmaya Sunar has been found dead at her rented room in Nepaltar of Tarakeshwar Municipality- 11, Kathmandu on Saturday.

She was found dead in her room under mysterious circumstances yesterday morning, police said.

Sunar had been living alone in Nepaltar for some years after her divorce with her husband.

Earlier on Friday, she had written status on Facebook saying that it has been difficult for her to survive.

Police said that they have arrested a man who went to the deceased’s room on Friday evening.

Further investigation into the case is underway.
