NEPSE plunges by 45.59 points on Tuesday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 45.59 points to close at 2020.23 points on Tuesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 11.24 points to close at 389.12 points.

A total of 3,887,748 units of the shares of 234 companies were traded for Rs 1.31 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red in today’s market.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 2.87 trillion.

Meanwhile, Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL)  was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10 percent. Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) was the top loser as its price fell by 9.97 percent.
