NEPSE plunges 50.33 points on Monday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged 50.33 points to close at 2173.44 points on Monday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 10.33 points to close at 422.74 points.

A total of 3,456,529 units of the shares of 227 companies were traded for Rs 1.33 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red in today’s market.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3.09 trillion.

Meanwhile, Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 9.99 percent. Nepal Investment Limited (NIB) was the top loser as its price fell by 9.99 percent.
